Dear guest, here are a few pointers to make your stay as pleasant as possible:

 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Please get to the property between 16.00 and 19.00 and to leave at the end of the stay by 10.00. This will allow owners to ensure a thorough cleaning of the house between a customer and another. For arrivals before and beyond the scheduled times please advise in advance to avoid disappointment.

 

NUMBER OF GUESTS
please provide the exact number of guests (adults and children, indicating the age of the latter) that will be staying in the homes. Please note that for security reasons the number of guests can not exceed that shown in your contract.

 

WELCOME
at the time of your arrival you will find the owners or a manager who will show you to your residence and operation of all appliances and lights, also will give you all the information needed for a hassle-free stay. Much information is also contained in the book “On Vacation by Filomena” that you will find in the property. It also contains the phone numbers that you can use for any emergency.

 

LINEN
you will be provided a set of linen bedlinen. Lease award-weekly linen (unless otherwise stated on your contract) will be replaced on Saturday. If you want a more frequent change of linen please notify an operator when booking.

 

SERVICE “THE FILOMENA”
the staff of “La Filomena” will be happy to offer any assistance you may need. And ‘essential for us to know promptly any problems should arise during your stay. This will give us a way to do everything possible to ensure the prompt resolution of the same.

 

SWIMMING POOL
the opening of the pool is indicated on the card and on your contract. The pool is cleaned regularly during your stay. If you want to open outside of the dates indicated on your contract, please report it at the time of booking. This will be possible, subject to acceptance of the property and if weather conditions permit. NOTE: Please bring your own beach towels for use in the pool; it is forbidden to use the towels of apartments for use in the pool.

 

PARK / GARDEN
maintenance of the park and all public areas is included. The appointee will do everything possible not to disturb your stay. We ask for your kind cooperation in accepting the presence, as discreet as possible, of the same.

 

WARM UP
the properties are equipped with heating, the cost will be indicated in the respective tabs.

 

SAFETY
recommend our customers to close doors and windows at night, when they leave the house and during daily use especially for entrances and windows plans terrra. Do not leave, even for short periods of absence, the keys hanging at the front door

 

BATHROOMS
please customers do not throw objects or absorbent non bio degradable in the bathrooms.

 

ELECTRICITY
advise customers not to use all appliances at the same time to avoid overloading the system, and turn off the outside lights before going to sleep.

 

WELCOME BASKET
our owners usually have the pleasure to let you find something to eat and drink to welcome guests in the best possible way. If you wish to find in the home of supplies, please send a shopping list at least 30 days before your arrival.

 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
The cost of these services is specified in the “Regulation Services”. Please ask for these services at least 30 days before your arrival.

 

TRIBUTE
Our staff will be happy to make you a small gift to thank you for choosing one of our properties.
