Each apartment is a poem or a peak
La Filomena wishes you to experience a pure place and to lose yourself in its quietness, which is why we decided to name some apartments after famous Sibillini Mountains peaks and others after famous poems by Giacomo Leopardi from Recanati, who wrote them as he was observing those Monti Azzurri, which you can now admire outside your window as well.
Each house is decorated in warm natural fall tones and with family-owned antiques, as well as a magnificent private green space with a barbecue where you can experience magical and refreshing moments like a local.
Each kitchen is equipped with a microwave, electric oven, mini-pimer and dish soap, so you don't have to buy unnecessary plastic containers and packaging. We also provide you with a set of towels and sheets for lighter travel.
And just like a local you will be able to taste our drinkable running water, which flows from Vettore Mountain directly into your tap.
Your small or medium-sized pet is always welcome for a small additional fee, the important thing is to communicate this at the time of booking.
L'infinito
a balcony overlooking the Queen Sibilla
L'Infinito is a spacious and comfortable apartment, located above the main house, closest to the pool and the shared lounge. It has a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting area with a sofa bed, TV, fireplace and a balcony with a privileged view of the mountains, perfect for those who want to enjoy a cup of coffee as soon as they wake up, observing a painting-like view, but which, in reality, is the profile of the Sibillini Mountains.
The master bedroom, a second room with a single or double bed and a private bathroom make the accommodation suitable for a couple or family vacation.

La sera del dì di festa
an authentic stone and brick house
La sera del dì di festa is located in an old farmhouse in the highest part of the village, which is accessed by climbing an ancient stone stairway.
The living and sleeping areas are separated by a wide iron and wooden staircase, perfectly in harmony with the country decor.
With a private bathroom, a large double bedroom and a sofa bed on the second floor and a sofa bed on the ground floor, it can accommodate up to 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen, TV, and a fireplace to light on colder days invites you to cuddle up in its warm, homey atmosphere.

La quiete dopo la tempesta is a studio flat in the heart of an old farmhouse. The exposed beams, the stones and the country decor take you to another dimension, the purest one in your heart. A place where you can take shelter to experience authentic and romantic sensations.

A Silvia is a room entirely carved out of rock with a double bed. It is located in an outbuilding and is excellent for a short stay of fun discovering new places for your soul.
Bookable together with La Quiete dopo la Tempesta or individually, the room offers a large private bathroom with hairdryer, a TV, a mini-fridge with water and glasses, and a kettle for teas to sip after a day in nature.

La Sibilla
a house in paradise
La Sibilla is a delightful apartment with a picturesque location, where the mountains, like a natural theater, offer you a different show every day.
The house is on one floor and features a bright and panoramic living room with a cooking area, a pellet-burning stove and a heat pump. One or two private bathrooms if needed and a sofa bed for a number of beds ranging from 4 to 6. A place dedicated to the contemplation of nature cannot be overlooked, in fact Sibilla has an exclusive outdoor space with a hammock and sun loungers for solarium where you can experience moments of wellness with a glass of wine in the shadow of the Sibillini Mountains

It is an apartment arranged on one level, featuring a panoramic living room with a cooking area, a private bathroom, a double bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed. Outside you can enjoy a private shaded pergola and a hammock and sun loungers for solarium.

Il passero solitario
an isolated house in the village
Il passero solitario is located in the village and shares its thick brick and stone walls with houses of local residents.
It is on two levels with distinct living and sleeping areas. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a pellet-burning stove, a TV and a comfortable sofa bed on which you can chill out after a tasty meal. The feeling of being at home is real and you can let go of all your senses to a deep rest.
The sleeping area located on the second floor is connected by an internal staircase and it has a double bed, a loft with two more beds and a private bathroom.

INFORMATION
Check-in is available from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. and check-out is available by 10 a.m.
Want to change the check-in time? Let us know and if it is possible, we will find the best solution for you.
Bring your ID with you: we need it to register you as you arrive.
We will provide you with linen and towels, we will change them for you every week. In addition, if you would like a more frequent change you can always request it for a small extra charge.
We know that it is always nice to invite friends to a place as beautiful as La Filomena, but entry to unregistered people is not allowed.
We are Pet Friendly, so if you are traveling with your pets, remember to let us know at the time of booking and to respect the rules of good behavior of the facility. We ask that you always keep them on a leash near the houses and that you do not let them access the pool area: we have so much nature around to enjoy that keeping them entertained will not be a problem!
SERVICES FOR A FEE not included in the reservation
- heating consumption: 10€/day;
- extra daily cleaning during the stay: 15€;
- extra linen change during the stay: 15€/person;
- baby cot: 10€;
- use of fireplace with wood provided by us: 25€/day;
- use of air conditioning if it is available in the accommodation: 10€/day.
Book our paid services at least 30 days before the arrival. The service will be enabled only after you receive written confirmation.
